Environmental Health Anything to do with the environment and you can find it here. They aim to look after the everything from the water to the soil and the air around us. Very useful website for any information about how to look after and minimise your impact on the environment

Fire Authority Not sure what to do about fire in the workplace? These are the people who enforce the Fire Safety Order as well as the HSE so keep them on your good side.

Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) The leading body in Europe for Health and Safety professionals. An independant organisation that helps to set standards, provide support and training for safety professionals.

National Examination Board for Safety and Health (NEBOSH) The first point of call if you want to become a health and safety professional offering a range of courses to give you the skills you need to do your job properly. They offer a range of robest and recognised qualifications that help to prove your competency

Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA)The first point of call if you are looking for someone to remove asbestos from your premises safely, and if you can already do it get yourself registered with them to ensure your top of the list.
Association of Project Safety (APS) Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE)
If you want to become a CDM co-ordinator these are one of the groups to speak to. Designed for anyone who has an interest in saety and health risk management within the construction business
